Harvey Mosckowitz is a brilliant but clumsy professor at the Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women. He is said to teach Computing and Encryption.
Occasionally, he seems to assist in Cov Ops lessons with Joseph Solomon. For example; in I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You, Mr. M drives the delivery express van that takes the Sophomore Class (Cammie's class at the time) to Roseville on their first ever mission outside the grounds.

Mr. Mosckowitz is said to be no taller than 5'5" in LYKY as when he first meets Macey McHenry he is staggering back and forth from purple smoke coming out of Dr. Fibb's lab. Cammie had assumed Mr. M might've been trying to block Macey's sight of the smoke but that the task would have been challenging for him. This suggests Harvey is shorter than Macey.
